The church clock at St Mary's of the Assumption  is known to many of us  as we hear the bell tolling away the hours but how many of us know all the clicks, whirs and other noises that the  chains and cogs of the old mechanisms make?

 

Sound artist, Mike Challis brings this all alive for us by fixing a live sound feed from the clock down to the church porch.
