Workshops
with Jemma Watts
Workshops on Saturday 17th September at 11:30 and 14:30
in the gazebo next to St Mary's Parish Hall
Many of us love to take pictures with our smartphones these days but, not all of us know how to take it off the “auto” settings! So, in this workshop, professional photographer Jemma Watts will teach you how to be much more creative with your phone camera with lots of really useful tips and tricks to get the best out of you pictures.
With many years experience photographing food, interiors and people, Jemma will demonstrate how to use natural daylight in all your images, she will explain exposure and depth of field to create beautiful close up images, as well as help you explore all the functions on your phone camera.
Jemma is an established food and interiors photographer, working for many of the top magazines and brands in the industry. She moved to Suffolk from London in recent years but her work still takes her all over the UK and worldwide. Some of the magazines she has worked for include:
-
Country Living,
-
House Beautiful,
-
Homes & Antiques,
-
Olive Magazine,
-
Jamie Oliver Magazine
In addition Jemma has photographed 7 cookbooks, including ‘Gok Cooks Chinese’ by Gok Wan, tv presenter, and ’Tilly’s Kitchen Takeover’ (accompanied by a very popular TV show) by Tilly Ramsay, daughter of Gordon Ramsay.
